You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
U.S. Territories & Canada
We currently ship domestically to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. We also ship direct from our warehouse to Canada.
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Additional delivery options may be available for an increased cost. Orders to Canada can be shipped through USPS International Priority Mail to Canada. USPS mail is delivered via Canadian Post (Max. 66 lbs.). As always customers outside the United States may be subject to additional fees and charges. We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you.
International Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. We use the US Postal Service.

All orders that are shipped out with Priority or Express MAIL SERVICE are insured against loss or damage. The cost of this insurance is included in your shipping and handling fee.
Not all delivery methods have full tracking. If you would like full tracking on your package please let us know and we will make sure your shipment goes out with tracking. There may be an additional charge for this.
Refused Shipments / Delivery Failure
Absolutely no refunds will be issued. In addition, you will be held responsible for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur:
- You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason.
- The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel to your address because you are not at home and/or do not pay duties and taxes.
- You provided an invalid address.
- You refuse to pay duties and taxes.
Returns and Exchanges
Although we are happy to return or exchange your order for any reason, due to the high cost of shipping we will not pay for return shipping of merchandise back to us.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless your request is received within 7 business days of receipt of your order. You will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number for your return.
Merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
All returns must be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery.
REFUND: If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the merchandise purchase price only we do not refund any shipping charges on international shipments.
