Shiping Choices with the US Postal Service:

EXPRESS MAIL:  a reliable, high-speed mail service available to over 190 countries

  • 3 to 5 average business day delivery to major destinations then your order will go to customs and this can take 1 week or longer depending on your country.
  • Tracking available

 

PRIORITY MAIL: 

  • 6 to 10 average business day delivery to major destinations.  Then your order will go to customs and this can take 1 week or longer depending on your country.
  • Limited Tracking.

 

 FIRST CLASS MAIL*

  • We provide proof of mailing but NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY.
  • No insurance for Loss or Damage
  • No tracking....

All orders that are shipped out with Priority or Express MAIL SERVICE are insured against loss or damage. The cost of this insurance is included in your shipping and handling fee.

Tracking

Not all delivery methods have full tracking.  If you would like full tracking on your package please let us know and we will make sure your shipment goes out with tracking.  There may be an additional charge for this.

 

Refused Shipments / Delivery Failure

Absolutely no refunds will be issued. In addition, you will be held responsible for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur:

  - You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason.

  - The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel to your address because you are not at home and/or do not pay duties and taxes.

  - You provided an invalid address.

  - You refuse to pay duties and taxes.

 

Returns and Exchanges

INSTRUCTIONS:

Although we are happy to return or exchange your order for any reason, due to the high cost of shipping we will not pay for return shipping of merchandise back to us. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless your request is received within 7 business days of receipt of your order. You will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number for your return.


Merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging.


All returns must be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery. 


REFUND: If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the merchandise purchase price only we do not refund any shipping charges on international shipments.
