This was my first attempt at making cake pops and this mold made it super easy and the cake pops were super cute.
I used the recipe on the box using sandwich cookies and cream cheese. The process was a little time-consuming, but I liked the fact that there was not any baking necessary.
My daughter brought the cake pops in to share with her class, and she came home and said they were a big hit! The teacher even wanted to know how I made them so that she could make them for her daughter's birthday :)

I had tried making cupcake pops before, as I'd seen others do with a flower-shaped cookie cutter to shape the bottom part. It found it really tricky and never got consistently shaped cupcake pops.
With the My Little Cupcake Mini-Mold I can now make consistently gorgeous cupcake pops and focus more of my time on the decorating (and eating!) part!

I don't usually write reviews because my mother always said if you have nothing nice to say...
This is NOT the case with this darling mini cupcake mold!
Tonight was the first time I have attempted the cupcake ball frenzy! I did the chocolate sandwich cookie recipe with cream cheese! First of all, you do not taste any hint of cream cheese! Not a hint. It just acts as a binder. Second, the dough is dense and rich. Third...plan on working in batches or you will smush your "cupcake" back into a ball!
When my dough was the correct temp and I ha the correct amount of dough to press, they really turned out looking like they do in the advertising pictures! Be patient and again, work in small batches!
According to the recipe it said it would make 22...I doubled it and it made 44! Not bad for "how many"! I'm usually way off on this! I'm delighted that I have so many extra...because I'm sure by the time school rolls around for the party, I will be down a few!
Bottom line...super cute, super yummy and easy to do with your kids! Win win! Just have them work in small batches while the rest chill in the fridge and be sure to chill plenty before dipping in chocolate!
I would buy this again!
