no-bake Oreo truffle cake pop dough

  • 16.6 oz Oreo™ Cookies (1 Package) DO NOT USE DOUBLE STUFFED
  • 7 oz. Cream Cheese

In a food processor grind cookies until they are very fine crumbs. Add cream cheese and mix until well blended.  This dough is very oily.  Use powder sugar to coat the dough before placing in molds.  Also you will need to work with this dough when it is very well chilled and firm.  This dough will fall off your cake pop stick if it is not chilled and very very firm.
